As part of the roll-out for the new branding, I was tasked with creating guidance and templates for the new data visualization system. I took the concepts that our partner agency had created and built out full kits of all of our different styles of data visualization. Along with rules for how to use each type of graph, I also expanded on how to utilize the new color palette and expanded on the rules for using multiple colors within a graph and how to use a new semantic palette.
All of these kits are completely live in illustrator and fully editable by the user, with instructions on how to continue to push the design beyond the default capabilities.
