A full campaign concept with digital, social, and OOH assets.
My Role
Ideating and leading a junior designer as we created the campaign concept and executed deliverables.
This was a campaign that was created to attract top technology professionals from across the nation. The ultimate goal was to hire 210 technologists before the end of 2020. This campaign came with some challenges.
Challenge:
Technologists look for a company that listens to their ideas, allows them to work on advanced technology, and provides them with a supprotive/collaborative environment and a work-life balance.
Our solution was the Tech/Life Balance campaign: As leaders in the tech space, we know there's your tech life. But we also know there's your life life. In other words, there's work, but there's life outside of work. Life is too short to work for a company that doesn't get you. The whole you. At the Rock Family of Companies, we do. it IS possible to have a great tech/life balance. We believe in the power of your tech and other passions coexisting.
