At Rocket Mortgage our team started to adopt Figma into our design tool-box, and I immediately dived deep into the technology. One of the immediate exciting opportunities I pinpointed was a way to expedite our mock-up process for social ads. Creating mock-ups was a necessary but time-consuming process in our design work. Using the components function in Figma, I was able to create a user-friendly template to create a mock-up for any design. The post copy and social design were fed from the live project, so it would update real-time with the copy editors, writers, and designers all collaborating together.
This was a side-project I created for myself to find a way to help the team, and it is now a core tool that team uses on the daily.
